We are the number one custom exterior remodeling company in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are seeking a full time Project Manager to manage crews, order materials, schedule job installation and completion, coordinate material, dumpster, portajon delivery and pick up. Remodeling experience and business acumen are required; experience in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
Our Project Managers are a very important part of the Crown Builders team. We rely on everyone at Crown to continue to build in our successful business. 2024 is Crown Builders 32nd year in the exterior remodeling industry. We achieved that from having a good staff, experience and attention to detail and customer service.
Can you:
Maintain communication between the office, sales staff and customers from the start when we receive a signed contract to the end of the installation process? Any upcharges that occur during the install process go over that with the homeowner then collect the customers balance due at the end of the job?
Once a new contract is received in the office, review the details of the job with the sales staff, order the material and call the homeowner to introduce yourself and answer any questions. Touch base with the homeowner on where we are with the installation date for them. Once an installation date is confirmed with the homeowner and installation crew communicate that information with the office.
Meet and review the job requirements with our installation crews? Negotiate and approve payment/labor bills from our installation crews? Maintain communication with the crew and customer during the installation process by spending time at each job that is running every day. Attention to details is a major part of your job, accurate and timely completion of each job is necessary.
