The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate matters and collaborate with experienced attorneys to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting legal research and analysis on real estate matters
    • Drafting and reviewing real estate documents including contracts, leases, deeds, and agreements
    • Assisting with real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and closings
    • Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on various real estate issues
    • Representing clients in real estate litigation matters, when necessary
    • Collaborating with partners and other team members to develop effective legal strategies and solutions
    • Keeping abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the State Bar of Texas
    • 2+ years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably in a law firm setting
    • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and legal principles
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
