    We are currently looking for a

    Junior PTP Accounting Specialist

    to join our North America Team.

    This role is for you if you are at the beginning of your career in accounting or you have already gained some experience in that field but are seeking new opportunity in a stable and friendly work environment.


    About the role:
    The role is based in our Global Shared Service Center in Krakow and reports operationally to PTP Team Leader.
    You will be supporting the smooth operations of our Accounts Payable (PTP) activities for the North America Team. You will be invoicing and preparing basic reports, as well as using our JDE and SAP system.

    With an excellent eye for detail, willingness to learn and positive attitude, we are convinced that you will be a great addition to our team.


    In detail, you will:
    Process efficiently PTP incoming documents
    Resolve PTP processing related issues
    Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner
    Assist with monthly closing activities
    Actively support other PTP processes when required

    Requirements:
    University degree in Finance/Accounting or any related,
    Min B2 level of English- mainly for email communication,
    Practical knowledge of MS Office applications,
    SAP knowledge will be an asset,
    Previous experience such as internship in accounting will be an asset,
    Analytical skills,
    Detail oriented, self-reliant, communicative & helpful team player,
    Flexibility to work on second shift from 14.00pm to 22pm (around 8-10 times per month).

    You will be based in a newly renovated modern office in Kraków at Aleja Powstańców Śląskich 26 (Onyx building) with car parking space.

    Our Shared Service Center hires around 1.000 employees dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
