Our LPN shifts are 12 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. We offer sign-on bonuses and shift diffs for each shift We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios. Must hold current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio. *Sign on Bonus paid 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 120 days*

    Responsibilities:
    • Pass medication in a timely manner
    • Provide nursing under the scope of your practice
    • All other tasks as delegated by the Director of Nursing
