    We are seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital Ada's Family Birthplace.

    This PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float position offers $40/hour + Variable Shift Incentive, making it an attractive opportunity for nurses who value flexibility and compensation.

    • Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care
    • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers

    A minimum of one year of recent bed-side RN experience is required in Med Surg; two years or more is preferred in other specialties. Epic experience and certifications such as BLS are also highly valued.
