- Growth- This individual will have the opportunity to build out the architectural department of the firm
- Flexibility- Work an extra hour Monday-Thursday and only work a half day on Fridays

- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Building out the architectural department and win projects for the firm
- Architectural license
- Software experience that includes Revit
