    Description

    SiloSmashers is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage an exciting large professional services contract with one of our federal law enforcement clients. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all contracting needs of both the client and SiloSmashers.

    The Senior Program Manager will assist with assessing, managing, and eliminating risk related to the contract. They will provide a full range of supervisory responsibilities, including, but not limited to assignment of work, setting priorities, coaching, evaluating individual and organizational performance, and training. The Senior Program Manager will project short/long-term strategic planning and prepare justifications to support resource requirements.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Serve as overall lead on the BPA and as the principal liaison between the client and SiloSmashers.

    · Serve as a consolidated point of contact that facilitates effective communication and proactively identifies and mitigates issues within the Contractor's team and between the Contractor and the various Government customers.

    · Ensure compliance with all minimum contract standards and all applicable or relevant and appropriate requirements, including Federal and state requirements.

    · Daily oversight of the contract.

    · Supervision of task order (TO) project managers and all employees.

    · Maintain a complete understanding of the work scope/mission, including challenges and problems associated with the position.

    · Monitor and control contract schedule(s), budget, safety, and quality control.

    · Assign personnel consistent with the contract requirements.

    · Ensure all contract deliverables are of high quality and delivered on or ahead of deadlines.

    · Prepare and present contract briefings and program management reviews to SiloSmashers leadership, as required.

    · Identify rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draw logical conclusions. Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems.

    Capabilities

    · Lead a team with a servant style while balancing the evolving priorities of the client.

    · Manage a diverse range of labor categories including but not limited to Project Managers/Analysts, Business Analysts, IT Managers, Cloud Architects/SME's, SharePoint Developers, Security/Network/Enterprise Architects, Management Consultants

    · Research, plan, coordinate, and brief actions in support of leadership's goal, objectives, and vision.

    · Ability to work with and across SiloSmashers executive staff, client executive staff, and contracting stakeholders.

    · Apply all aspects of quality program management, including project management, risk management, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource management.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least ten (10) years of complex program management experience in Government programs, projects, and/or activities. Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience.

    · Ten (10) years or more of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for various complex types of projects.

    · Ten (10) years or more experience leading, managing, and strategic planning for an organization, as well as collaborating with agency program executes to meet agency objectives.

    · Ten (10) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to executive management, customers, and stakeholders regarding the progress of projects.

    · Demonstrated experience managing a geographically disbursed workforce.
