    Job Description:
    As aLead, Systems Engineer - Cyber Effects you will lead and contribute to architecting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting cyber applications
    Evaluate development and COTS products and services to identify security vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and improvement using tools, techniques, and processes that emulate those used by sophisticated and motivated adversaries
    Knowledge and expertise of computer architecture protocols, stacks, major COTS components and associated hardware architectures
    As you develop operational CONOPS, you will work with creative, innovative, and collaborative team of hardware and software engineers to analyze and develop offensive and defensive cyber capabilities
    You will interface with program customers to develop key strategies and capabilities to meet stakeholder needs

    Essential Functions:
    The candidate should be able to perform the following tasks with minimal oversight:


    • Direct DoD & IC offensive cyber experience in both full lifecycle program development efforts and operational environments as well as establishing new relationships within both customer bases
    • In-depth experience in both DoD & IC offensive cyber missions and operations and how the different customer sets operate in their respective mission spaces
    • Build strong relationships with offensive cyber organizations, businesses, and people
    • Technical execution lead for offensive cyber developments leading multidisciplinary teams, developing external & internal requirements, CONOPs, ICDs, etc.; including integrating capabilities with other contractors and directly with Customers
    • Senior Program Management experience in all program aspects for offensive cyber programs managing customer relationships, managing and controlling requirements, schedule, cost, and managing operational evaluation events
    • Cyber Area Lead responsible for establishing offensive cyber development standards and best practices, recruiting, talent growth and supporting Business Development activities
    • Interact with senior program managers and customers to define embedded security approaches and strategies
    • Lead trade studies to identify the most economical solution to satisfy requirements
    • Develop internal requirements, CONOPs and interface control documents from customer / product requirements
    • Support full program development lifecycles including concept, design fabrication, production, test, installation, operations, maintenance and disposal
    • Provide technical leadership to development teams at internal and external gate reviews such as technical baseline reviews and design reviews

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
    Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
    In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

    • Current TS/SCI SAP Security Clearance required

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Solid technical foundation and proven experience working with development engineering teams as well as direct customer interaction.
    • Demonstrated subcontract technical management
    • Security of virtualization platforms and techniques
