    About the Role:
    This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your experience in Homebuilding and Sales.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead Sales initiatives across the Poconos region, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
    Manage the Sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, advising, and offering closing support.
    Oversee sales support staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

    Serve as the face of LTS Homes, possessing comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales to closing.

    Effectively communicate with lenders and title companies to facilitate financing and closings, while understanding and enforcing contracts.
    Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction processes and financing, including mortgages, to address stakeholder inquiries effectively.
    Lead and mentor a team of two Administrative Assistants and two Sales Representatives, optimizing team performance and supporting growth.

    Overseeing marketing activities and collaborateing with the Architect and Graphic Designer to design and market residential properties, maintaining cohesive branding and messaging.

    Collaborate with key managers, such as the Director of Construction, Architect, and Estimator, to align on project timelines, pricing strategies, and customer expectations.

    Manage the Administrative Assistants to streamline internal processes and enhance customer experience, facilitating communication between sales and other departments.

    Requirements and Skills:

    10+ years of demonstrated success as a Sales professional within a related industry
    Real Estate License
    Sales team leadership skills
    Persuasive sales skills, with the ability to close
    Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
    Understanding of Marketing, with the ability to manage current marketing strategies and suggest changes as needed
    Solid understanding of construction and the building process, providing effective guidance to customers in navigating options and choices
    In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Analytical, organizational, and time management skills
    Creative and strategic thinking with a knack for innovative solutions
    Ability to motivate and collaborate across departments and functions to meet goals and timelines, while Exceeding Expectations
    Live within a commutable distance of our office in East Stroudsburg, PA
