What YOU will do:

Assist and supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements of multiple entities
Coordinate monthly Lease updates with Accounting firm and book related entries and perform necessary reconciliations.
Coordinate monthly revenue recognition templates for percentage of completion accounting.
Oversee tax extensions, quarterly payments, and quarterly distributions are on time by the tax team.
Assist and supervise accounting for significant transactions such as acquisitions, fixed asset additions and equity transactions
Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial analysis
Review schedules and support for general ledger account balances
Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies
Assist and help coordinate the annual financial audits
Assist the Controller and complete special projects as assigned by the Controller or the CFO

What YOU bring:

Bachelor's degree in accounting
System savvy
Data driven and understanding of large data sets
At least 3 years of experience in construction accounting
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
