    • Women's Description About the Role In this role you will manage the success of multiple categories by meeting sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals.
    You will train and lead your team to develop and drive inventory strategies to maximize omni business opportunities and mitigate risks in partnership with cross-channel and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do - Develop omnichannel point-of-view and communicate financial results, forecasts, and action plans to cross functional team that delivers company sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals - Manage omnichannel preseason and in season processes, including developing deadlines, creating financial and inventory targets, and ushering in customer first product strategies while ensuring channel priorities are achieved - Identify and champion omnichannel opportunities, including chase and yield management; provide direction for execution and ensure alignment with financial and channel strategies - Analyze financial performance of preseason strategies and recommend strategic business shifts as required, in addition to guiding reforecasts of preseason targets via open-to-buy - Partner with cross functional members to develop and manage short and long-range divisional financial plans that support brand strategies - Coach and train planners to identify key learnings and develop future strategies, - Communicate timelines, standards and performance expectations to direct reports in a timely manner while fostering their career growth and helping them achieve goals Who You Are - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn technical applications quickly - Believe in the Power of Team; build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners - Possess strong business acumen and strategic agility, able to handle many projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing workload - Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills, able to present ideas and directions that rally others to action - Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
