    **Description**

    **This position currently includes a $500 Sign On Bonus**

    Must meet requirements for Cook 3 and Cook 4

    Four years of experience in a restaurant specializing in continental or classical cuisine, for a total of ten years experience.

    Demonstrate knowledge of product utilization, stock rotation, food cost, and waste control.

    Must demonstrate initiative and creativity.

    Ability to plan daily work based on general instructions from the supervisor.

    Superior knife handling abilities.
