As a Director Treasury here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's treasury operations, including cash management, funding strategies, and risk management. You will play a critical role in optimizing the company's financial resources and ensuring financial stability. 

You will report directly to our Assistant Treasurer, Capital Markets and you'll work out of our New York, NY location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization's financial health by managing liquidity, forecasting cash flow, and implementing effective treasury policies. Your expertise will be essential in supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing the overall financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead development and implementation of FX and Interest Rate hedging strategies, for both "business as usual" and one-off transactions
• Define interest rate and foreign exchange risk tolerance levels based on historical and anticipated market volatility and potential impact on the Company's key KPIs
• Partner with FP&A, tax, accounting, and other teams to understand key drivers impacting foreign exchange exposure and be a key internal advisor to the organization regarding foreign exchange risk management
• Oversee the execution of FX spot and forward transactions
• Support international cash management efforts, including netting and pooling arrangements
• Ensure SOX and policy compliance and review FX-related SEC reporting and disclosures
• Manage counterparty risk, including ISDA documentation and negotiation
• Develop and maintain relationships with trading counterparts
• Support Capital Markets, M&A, and other initiatives

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury or finance-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
• Experience in cash management and funding strategies.
• Knowledge of risk management practices related to foreign exchange and interest rates.

The annual base salary range for this position is $208,000 - $260,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
