This position is designed to provide necessary support to other team members with the common goal of providing excellent patient care and service to our clients.

LPN/RN Day to day tasks include but are not limited to: Seeing patients for medical complaints, both acute and chronicPerforming 14-day physicals on all patients
Managing their chronic medical conditions by monitoring labs and medication efficiency
Working with the dentist to ensure that our patients oral care is addressed
Responding to medical emergencies
Working hand in hand with physicians, PA's, NP's and correctional staff who all have the same goal of optimal patient care

Location:
Porter County Correctional Facility
Shift Openings:
Full-Time 6PM-6AM Rotating Weekends 36 hours per week
Requirements:
Valid LPN or RN licensure
A minimum of six months of recent medical experience
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
