    Requirements:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Consultant to join our newly established Global Professional Services team.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through the integration process of our cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions with their existing third-party systems.

    Your expertise will ensure seamless data flow, optimal performance, and successful system integration, enhancing our customers' overall experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Technical Integration:

    Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance on integrating our SaaS platform with their existing third-party systems.


    Solution Architecture:
    Design and develop integration solutions that adhere to best practices, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and security standards.

    Statement of Work Generation:

    Using existing templates, build statements of work that define the specifics of the services that will be provided by Sesami.


    API Integration:

    Leverage your knowledge of API frameworks to facilitate smooth data exchange between our SaaS platform and various third-party systems.


    Requirements Analysis:
    Work closely with customers to gather integration requirements, define data mapping, and document integration specifications.

    Problem Resolution:
    Identify and troubleshoot integration issues, partnering with internal technical teams to implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to provide project status updates and address integration-related queries.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging integration technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our integration processes.

    Essential Criteria

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software integration, with a focus on integrating SaaS solutions with third-party systems.


    Technical Expertise:
    Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in API design and implementation.

    Integration Frameworks:
    Solid understanding of integration frameworks, middleware tools, and ETL processes.

    Database Knowledge:
    Familiarity with various databases and data storage technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

    Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose integration issues and recommend effective solutions.

    Customer-Centric:
    A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.

    Communication:

    Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    Adaptability:
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes and challenges.


    Desirable Criteria:

    SaaS Experience:
    Prior experience working with cloud-based Software-as-a-Service solutions, understanding the unique integration considerations in a SaaS environment.

    API Management Tools:
    Familiarity with API management tools such as Apigee, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

    Authentication and Security:
    Knowledge of authentication protocols, security practices, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

    Certifications:
    Relevant certifications in integration technologies, such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar.
