- Onboarding new hires (conducting tours, assisting with orientation (site welcome) introduction, and offboarding hires
- Planning internship-related tasks – planning happy hours, welcome ceremony, etc. – this will be helping alongside the Intern Experience Team when events are sponsored
- Calendaring – ensuring people are added to proper workplace groups, distribution lists, and strong administrative skills – many calendar invitations are lab wide so it is important to pay attention to detail
- Advertising and facilitating all events for Meta's Pittsburgh Reality Lab – executioner
- Able to create verbiage around a specific audience via email and posters (Canva)
- 3+ years of experience as an Operations Coordinator, working in a fast-paced operations environment
- Background working with cross-functional stakeholders ("XFN"), or line-level + senior project owners across multiple lines of business
- Experience with tools including Google Suite, Cornerstone, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Our client is seeking an operations coordinator to join their team.
