Senior Vice President, Talent Management

Global Talent Strategy

• Architect the Global Talent Flywheel — a future-ready strategy that scales with our growth and powers SharkNinja's bold ambitions.
• Hardwire adaptability and innovation into our DNA through upskilling, reskilling, and deep leadership pipelines.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range

$330,000 — $370,000 USD
