    The Director of Project Management plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of multiple construction projects for our company.

    This position requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the industry.

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering/Permitting, Procurement/Supply Chain, Construction and the customer to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

    • 5+ years of experience in a project management role with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
    • PMP certification is preferred.
    • Background in solar, energy storage, is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
