- Define and execute global product strategy aligned to company objectives and market needs
- Translate customer insights into clear, prioritised roadmaps
- Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis
- Develop robust business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI models
- Prioritise initiatives balancing speed, investment, and regulatory complexity
- Act as the primary global product contact for regions
- Influence senior stakeholders by connecting product decisions to business impact
- Build strong cross-functional alignment across clinical, technical, and commercial teams
- Lead products from concept through launch and post-market optimisation
- Monitor product health and drive continuous improvement
- 5–10 years' experience in product management, ideally within MedTech or regulated environments
- Proven success launching and managing complex products
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence without authority
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field (MBA highly regarded)
