Job summary
This intern will contribute to a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the efficiency and user experience of our Call Center Software, OneReach. This project supports our broader goal of modernizing Service Desk operations through automation and intelligent workflows.This intern will assist in developing and optimizing automated call flows, integrating backend systems, and improving reporting capabilities. As a Discount Tire Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
You will have access to senior leadership visibility to multiple facets of the business of Information Technology with opportunities for team building activities. Additional program specific activities provide exposure to various aspects of IT including networking opportunities with professionals in the field as well as mentorship career guidance potential for future employment post-graduation.
