    **Job Summary**

    We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care, directing nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.

    **Responsibilities**

    • Resident Care: Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
    • Nursing Diagnoses: Make informed nursing diagnoses that serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with residents, healthcare teams, and other staff members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Documentation: Accurately record medication administration, changes in patient condition, and other important details.
    • Safety Regulations: Monitor assigned staff to ensure compliance with established safety regulations and government guidelines.
    • Equipment and Supplies: Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.

    **Qualifications**

    • Credentials: Graduate of an approved RN program and licensed in the state of practice.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred but not required.
    • Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
