    Responsibilities:

It provides a one-stop media solution, the basic media processing infrastructure named MPS, including industry-leading encoder, Media enhancement based on AI technology and cloud real-time rendering and transmission technology, etc. Tencent Cloud Media Service also provides complete live streaming solutions for different industries, including OTT, e-commerce, entertainment, e-sports, and sports events, etc. Through comprehensive audio and video SDKs and PaaS services. Overall, Tencent Cloud Media Service offers low-cost, efficient, and innovative solutions for the businesses of global customers.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of Tencent Cloud products and services to our customers.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Tencent Cloud products, services, and solutions to effectively address the unique needs of our customers in the US market.
    • Directly manage our leads acquisition marketing campaign on Google, social media sites, and other online channels. You will work closely with our vendors and media partners to improve the efficiency of our marketing campaign, to formulate a strategy and execution plan to meet our business target for user acquisition and cost efficiency.
    • Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective communication of product updates and enhancements.
    • Plan and execute customer onboarding, training, and workshops to drive the adoption and utilization of Tencent Cloud products and services.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Tencent Cloud products and services and expand our presence in the US market.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for the website, with a focus on increasing website traffic and conversions. Continuously improve the website's SEO structure, content quantity and quality, keyword rankings, and brand visibility, and take responsibility for the overall SEO performance.
    • Possess a solid understanding of Google SEO ranking and traffic logic, have a basic knowledge of scripting languages, and develop and implement corresponding strategies (including TDK optimization, code optimization, user experience optimization, keyword optimization, content optimization, and internal and external link optimization).
    • Assist with overseas PPC campaigns, be responsible for the development and execution of optimization strategies for selected PPC channels, focusing on conversions, and take responsibility for the campaign performance.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cloud computing industry, preferably with a focus on operations, customer support, or marketing management role.
    • Excellent Chinese and English skills with fluency in communication, public speaking, and solution document writing.
    • Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, platforms, and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs and challenges.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and industry events.
    • Bachelor's degree (or higher), with exposure to computer science, math, engineering, or equivalent practical experience

    The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $97,200 to $178,200 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
