- 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday The Primary Care Physician oversees the medical care of senior participants in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic setting, with some local travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities. The PCP will usually see 10-12 patients per day, with adequate time provided for charting, patient follow-up, and care coordination. The team at this location consists of 3 nurse practitioners, 2 physicians, and other clinical practitioners, including social workers, physical therapists, etc. This is a highly collaborative team, which supports our senior's unique needs

Full time direct hire preferred; part time direct hire (long term) may be considered Our ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for working with seniors, excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a highly motivated, mission oriented, multi-disciplinary team - and will understand the principles of senior wellness and behavior change
Education
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted MA State Medical License and DEA number.
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. (Family practice physicians with a strong interest in assisting our senior populations are welcome) Experience and Skills
- Minimum one (1) year of post-graduation experience required, including some work with seniors - preferred. Or may consider a new grad, who has focus in Gerontology or Internal Medicine.
• Seeking candidates who have a passion for working with senior populations.
• Experience working with refugees or patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our populations is of Spanish, Slavic, Arabic and/or English speaking cultures. - A second languages is helpful but not required, as other team members are bilingual.
