THEM

They are a Chicago-based innovation hub within a start-up, that was launched to find new opportunities for growth, new business models, innovation, and human-centered design solutions for their parent company, as well as new ventures and startups within the foodservice industry.

They are a team of generalists, who work as hybrids across design and innovation such as service design, digital product development, brand, and business strategy

THE ROLE

They are seeking a Lead level Strategy Designer to have a great pulse on the market to develop perspectives on the latest trends within the foodservice industry, as well as perform research to develop programs and identify growth opportunities for the business.

You will be able to work with research, whiteboard, ideate, and think creatively to identify future of opportunities while creating and launching new concepts that make a high impact.

YOU

Our ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in innovation, strategy, and/or creative strategy.

Resourceful, self-driven, systems thinker with expertise in strategic design and human-centered design

Ability to wear many hats and work on a variety of different project

Must be able to adopt a hybrid work model in Chicago-based office
