- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEM team members and ensure best practices are followed.
- Mentorship: Provide support and guidance to team members for their professional growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Regularly review and optimize SEM campaigns for improved performance.
- Negative Keyword Management: Enhance campaign targeting and cost-efficiency through negative keyword lists.
- Client Meetings: Conduct Analytics Reviews, address client questions & concerns effectively.
- Research: Perform keyword research to tailor budget recommendations based on competition.
- Generate Reports: Communicate campaign results through KPI reports and lead quality evaluations.
- Budget Management: Allocate ad spend properly for campaigns.
- Transparency: Maintain open communication with clients on campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics Support: Assist in analytics tracking and maintaining paid ad campaign reporting.
- Product Support: Deliver paid advertising products related to SEM marketing.
- Other Duties: Provide support in various departmental tasks.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, marketing, and communication skills.
- Experience in medical marketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of measurable ROI data from past campaigns.
- Experience with call tracking systems is a bonus.
