- The individual in this position assists the Project Managers and Controller in preparing customer billings and will also perform various accounting functions.
- The individual indirectly contributes to the success of the company by participating in the financial management of the company.
- Assist management in preparing billings on large and small projects.
- Assist management in preparing billings for service orders and service contracts.
- Inputs billing invoices.
- Assist with facility maintenance invoices.
- Assist with 3rd party billing services inputting invoices.
- Provide back up for other accounting duties, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and general ledger software.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Job costing experience
- Financial Management.
