    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing profits.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Implement policies and procedures to achieve operational goals
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Manage budgets and optimize expenses
    • Collaborate with the chef to design and update menus
    • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
