    Regional Float Pool LPN Job Description

    At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practice Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool team. This dynamic role will provide opportunities for professional growth and development while working with diverse teams and patient populations.


    The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to build your knowledge and expertise in various specialties.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
    • Licensed LPN license within the hiring state
    • One year of recent bedside LPN experience (Med Surg) or two years for other specialties (ED, ICU)
