    Supplemental Health Care is working with a clinic in Olympia, Washington to hire Nurse Outpatient Clinic Nurse Practitioners.

    Clinic Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
    - $13-week contract with possibility of extension

    • AM shift available
    • Clinic Setting
    • Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
    • Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
    • Conduct advanced illness and advanced care planning conversations
    • Provide patients and caregivers with counseling and education

    NP:
    Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program

    • Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in one of the following: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
    • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
