- Prepare Short-Form Title Insurance Policies
- Additional duties as necessary.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years prior title insurance or lending experience required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent typing skills.
- Good math & Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under pressure.

About the Job:
As a Part Time Settlement Agent you will facilitate all aspects of the closing, coordinates with realtors, lenders, developers, borrowers and sellers. Additionally, you will review loan instructions, purchase agreements and title commitments. You will also ensure all aspects of loan instructions, purchase agreements and title commitments are followed. Finally, you will prepare closing documents and conduct signing of documents with customers, disburse file once closed, and you will ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
