    Overnight Support Specialist - Youth Quest

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Support Specialist to join our team at Intercept Health's Youth Quest program.

    Job Responsibilities

    As an Overnight Support Specialist, you will serve as a positive role model for residents, helping them learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors. You will contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident transitional living plans and assist with life skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties.

    • Use good interpersonal communication skills to gain resident cooperation and resolve conflicts.
    • Provide transportation, accompany, and supervise residents on outings, activities, and appointments.
    • Guide residents in personal hygiene techniques and proper care of their condominiums.
    • Exercise fair, firm, and consistent use of behavioral systems.
    • Supervise medication administration as needed.
    • Ensure residents are in by curfew, working, or on approved passes.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have a human services Bachelor's degree (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, etc.) or a High School diploma with at least one year of experience working with children and/or families.
