- Receive and monitor inbound and outbound repair equipment and physical inventory.
- Build work orders for incoming repairs and organize equipment in shop triage area for techs.
- Assist with loading and unloading of customer repair items on dock.
- Coordinate with customers and stores on pickup/delivery and shipment of equipment.
- Invoice repairs on completed work orders - transfer equipment to stores as required.
- Monthly inventory of parts and equipment.
- Place parts and supply orders for shop, customer and stores.
- Accept repair payments.
- Handle incoming calls and communications.
- Manage filing, orders, and shipping.
- Customer service for phone, online and walk in customers.
- Updating work orders.
- Organize and maintain office and common areas to clean and professional standards.
- Bank deposits and general office duties and errands.
- Maintain supply inventory.
- Minor office equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain cash drawer and balance safe.

Description
Big R Stores has an opening for our growing Service Center located in Pueblo, CO at our Home Office/Distribution Warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer service, store communications, scheduling and verification of repair orders.
Candidate must be detail-oriented, committed to customer service and comfortable in a shop office setting. Computer proficiency is required.
