Job summary
We're looking for a team lead/manager within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) at eBay.You will manage a small team of investigators, oversee case quality, provide coaching, and drive process efficiency while maintaining your own investigative caseload.
The FIU's mission is to safeguard eBay's marketplace through expert investigation,
- Manage team workload distribution ensuring timely high-quality investigations.
- Review case documentation providing detailed feedback on quality completeness.
