    Operations Specialist
    100% Onsite - Location: Los Angeles, CA

    What We're Looking For:


    We are seeking an Operations Specialist who Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing Operations Helpdesk requests.

    The Specialist will monitor all requests for services and ensure that they are being responded to in a timely manner.

    The ideal candidate will also have the following responsibilities:

    Monitor and respond to all Operations helpdesk requests including meeting room scheduling, telecom requests, etc.
    Follow up and provide end user with a status of a helpdesk work order via phone or e-mail
    Prioritize and assign work orders to Operations Assistants. Coordinate with operations staff to ensure work orders are completed.
    Communicate end-users' service needs to operations staff. Assist Operations Supervisor with the overall planning and evaluation of the operations helpdesk services. Relay information to team members that affects work flow and service delivery.
    Trouble-shoot and follow up on all complaint calls/reports. Find resolution when appropriate.
    Assist Operations Team to develop, write, and implement helpdesk workflow, policies, and procedures when necessary.
    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff, other agencies, building management, and vendors.
    Assist with the payment process; tracks work orders and completion documentation to be processed with invoice.
    Assist with the enforcement of requiring liability certificates from vendors and other service providers
    Develop and implement a quality assurance program that includes, but is not limited to, distributing satisfaction surveys to end-users.
    Compile and report on satisfaction data and work order tickets monthly or as requested by the Operations Supervisor.
    Develop and maintain filing system to improve tracking for pending work orders.
    Provide back-up support to the Operations Supervisor and perform administrative duties for the Vice-President of Operations.

    EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE,

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Related work experience may be substituted for college level education.
    Minimum of two years of general

    office/administrative

    support work experience in a operations-related job.
    Minimum of two years experience with MS Office is required.

    Additional Requirements:
