Job Description

• Responsible for improving safety, functionality, and profitability throughout the facility
• Will work cross functionally to drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement methodology in order to streamline production processes, increase efficiency and improve effectiveness
• Will lead waste reduction efforts

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of manufacturing process improvement experience
• Pultrusion, plastic, extrusion, polymers or molding background is helpful
• Belt is a big plus
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required
