    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Contribute to the development of new and existing productsDesign and develop products from proof of concept through product launchWork in a cross functional team, collaborating with engineers, QA/RA specialists, marketing personnel, and manufacturing employees for product generationCreate process validation protocols and reports, conducting hands-on testing to gather applicable dataIdentify potential design concerns throughout the development process, by conducting technical reviews of designs and documentationCreate and maintain documentation for product specific DHF (design history files) and DMR (device master records) throughout the R&D process and over the life of the productEnsure the compliance of the design controls procedure, by working closely with regulatory personnel throughout new product development and design changesIdentify and implement improvements to established products and processes, by working closely with regulatory and manufacturing personnelProvide senior leadership to other R&D personnel with analytical solutions and problem-solvingManage engineering change requests related to new product releases and current product design changesProvide technical input to marketing and regulatory personnel regarding products within your work cellOversee technical issues with component suppliersCreate project schedules in the form of Gantt charts and action item listsProvide accurate completion date and remaining work estimates for Project ManagersCommunicate on the progress of projectsOther duties may be assigned

    Do you qualify? Qualifications:
    3-5 years of relevant experience.
    Demonstrated senior engineering leadership.
    Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.


    Experience with:
    Design and development.
    FPGAs and microcontrollers.
    PCB design software (preferably Pulsonix, OrCAD, or KiCAD).PCB validation protocols and reports.
    Troubleshooting electronic systems.


    Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).Meticulous attention to detail, especially in documentation.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Effective written and verbal communication.
    Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, regulatory, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
    Innovative problem-solving and hands-on approach.
    Technical problem-solving and development tools proficiency.
    Technical writing skills.
    Excellent time-management and analytical skills.
    Knowledge of engineering change-management processes.
    PreferredManufacturing engineering experience (electromechanical/electronic, etc.)
