    Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking an experienced Youth and Family Wraparound Supervisor to provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and oversight of the implementation of the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) model of Wraparound.

    What you'll do
    • Supervise and coach Wraparound Facilitators, ensuring adherence to the NWIC model
    • Conduct service note reviews and field observations to maintain quality standards
    • Facilitate group supervision/training sessions and assist with community networking
    • Assist in hiring, training, and ongoing support of staff, ensuring compliance with regulations
    • Collaborate with Program Director on program development and representation at interagency meetings
    What you bring
    • Bachelor's degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
    • Relevant experience in mental health services
    • Strong understanding of child mental health disorders and treatment
    • Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical guidelines
    • Understanding of the Wraparound (NWIC) model
    • Strong therapeutic, oral, and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with diverse populations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Medisoft billing and scheduling system
