We are seeking an experienced:

HOME CARE REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Full Time, Days

Job Description:

Participates actively in interdisciplinary care planning.
Provides professional nursing services according to the established plan of care.
Promotes favorable outcomes through collaborative practice patterns and resource utilization.
Documents accurately and thoroughly to demonstrate delivered home health services, facilitate coordination, justify reimbursement, reduce liability risk, and ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation requirements.
Demonstrates positive and effective interpersonal relationships.
Takes personal accountability for work assignments and professional growth.

Requirements:

Nursing education from an approved school.
Current RN licensure in the state, at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health.
Fundamental medical-surgical nursing knowledge and principles.
Excellent clinical nursing skills.
Adult learning principles and medical record keeping standards.
Effective communication skills.
Computer application knowledge.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
CPR certification.
