Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

• Liaise with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations and provide regular reports to management.
• Process order entries and ensure timely delivery using various carriers.
• Responsibility over the entire logistics process, including monitoring the delivery of orders to customers and ensuring that the shipment remains on schedule
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Inventory Control
• Contract review/update/negotiations
• Managing 3PL
• Resolve issues and proactively set up the new process/execute the process improvement
• Logistics/SCM system maintenance and implementation
• Manage the team and evaluate team members' performance and set up/execute the improvement plan
• Manage customer (end-user) relations issues and follow up -This includes contacting resellers, promote, status check and follow up
• Manage service center operations
• Ad-hoc responsibilities and duties required by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years experience managing WH, 3PL, shipment, in-land trucking, delivery, and incoterms
• Knowledge of container and yard logistics
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Bilingual in Korean

Salary:

• $80, ,000 exempt
