Mortgage Trade Desk Analyst

Analyst will:
Manage market and interest rate risk and related reporting.
Lock loans and generate borrower disclosures packages.
Sell loans to investors to maximize company gain on sale.
Forecast, monitor, and report on warehouse line utilization.
Manage warehouse line haircut to appropriately balance equity management while maximizing NIM.
Assist in wire disbursement for loan closing.
Be an absolute wizard in excel.
Report directly to CEO.
