    The Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for collaborating with Sales & Service Partners to develop and execute upon a customer satisfaction and retention action plan for assigned accounts.

    This position is part of the Customer Applications and Advocacy Team and will be a remote based position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
    Deliver high impact training, education, on-boarding and optimization/workflow activities to drive customer competency.

    Provide onsite assistance at assigned accounts, both core lab automation and nonautomation hospitals, in learning new instruments and clinical informatics.

    Create customized performance metrics based on service data and develop and execute action plans to drive progress. In addition to creating basic interactive customer dashboard providing real-time visibility to metrics.

    Facilitate consultative sessions with SMEs on more complex post install / start up support including escalations, internal coordination, and successful problem resolution.

    Facilitate ongoing Best Practices and Operational Improvements including maintenance optimization, advanced training workshops on troubleshooting solutions, or training for new staff.

    Leverage Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and participate in customer Kaizens or other problem- solving sessions to assist in resolving and improving Beckman Coulter Incorporated (BCI) related situations.

    Depending on expertise, CSM may lead these activities for some BCI solutions.
    Participate in the creation and development of Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Account Plan and attend IDN Summit.

    Work closely with sales to understand the funnel and sales strategy at assigned accounts to provide support for future buying cycles.


    The essential requirements of the job include:

    Bachelors' Degree in a science field with 5+ years experience OR Masters' Degree in science field with 3+ years experience OR Doctoral Degree in science field with 0-2 years experience.

    Minimum of 5 years' experience working within the laboratory setting and/or in a medical sales position.

    Minimum 5+ years' of commercial experience in sales, marketing, service, support, or related fields, with a focus on positive progression in healthcare customer interactions, satisfaction, and/or successful outcomes.

    Travel ranging from 50-80% with some overnights required. Frequency is predicated on home office location and territory activity.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
    MT/ASCP or MLS (ASCP) certified9+ years experience working within the laboratory setting and/or in hospital sales position.
    Strong data analytics skills and ability to translate data into actionable information.

    This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home.     The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,000 -$125,00.

    This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

    We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
