    POSITION NOTICE

    Success Coach

    Classification: Specialist

    Team: Enrollment

    Job Status: Full-time Exempt

    Reports To: Success Coach Manager

    Position Summary:

    Under the general supervision of the Success Coach Manager, the Success Coach serves as the student's main point of contact throughout their academic journey and plays a pivotal, intensive, and active role in all program delivery modalities offered at Nicolet College.

    This role focuses on student success, program completion, and career development by utilizing a holistic, student-centered approach.

    The Success Coach works to get to know each student as an individual by learning about personal and professional roles, responsibilities, goals, and challenges, and collaboratively builds a plan with each student to achieve their academic goals.

    Work is performed at various locations across campus, face to face, virtually, and online.

    Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree and two years' work experience in education, counseling, career development, or student support.

    The ideal candidate also possesses a Master's Degree in related field and experience in higher education.
