- Ideation and Insights Generation:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, research to surface critical insights for new focus areas
- Define problems using design thinking techniques
- Support pipeline generation and prioritization of innovation focus areas by developing frameworks
- Build, test, and launch Innovation workstreams:
- Define project scope, design proof of concepts, and collaborate with partners for implementation
- Work with the Senior Director to monitor progress and metrics
- Business Case and Investment Pitch:
- Develop analyses and financial models to support innovation work streams
- Create materials for investment pitch to senior stakeholders
- Project Management:
- Manage process improvement for innovations
- Communicate with project team and stakeholders, track progress and escalate issues
- Team Operations:
- Handle administrative functions related to budget, project timelines, and team activities
- Collaborate to create tools and templates for enabling teams
- 3-5 years experience in business model innovation, consulting, design thinking, program, or product management
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience in launching innovation projects
- Organizational and communication skills, ability to work in matrix environments
- Learning agility, business case development, passion for innovation and emerging technology
- Project and product management experience, ability to navigate complex situations
- Results-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to synthesize information effectively
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
