- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as sonography and phlebotomy
- Provide primary care to patients, including wound care, catheter care, and inhalation therapy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and selfcare techniques
- Assist in emergency situations, such as in the ER or during medical emergencies
- Valid LPN license in PA
- Experience working with children and/or in assisted living facilities is preferred
- Proficient in administering medications and treatments
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation
- Ability to perform basic medical procedures such as phlebotomy
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
