Distribution Project Manager - Sacramento, United States - Venda Search
Description
We are currently working with one of the fastest growing EPC's in the USA, looking for a distribution project manager to join their team.
Responsible for the completion of design activities on assigned projects, through both self-execution and as leader of the project team.
Function as Project Lead:
schedule, organize and direct other engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
Oversee single or multidiscipline proposals including development of scopes of work, project schedules and cost estimates.
Provide timely and detailed documentation for ensuring projects are on budget and appropriately accounted for.
Frequently communicate with all parties involved in the design and construction to ensure the project standards are being maintained and in order with the project timeline.
Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years project management experience
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material management
Ability to read and understand construction schedules, and use these to forecast labor, construction, and material activities
In-depth knowledge inspecting field conditions
Ability to travel when needed
