    Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist III to support their customer in the North Phoenix area.

    This individual will be responsible for answering calls directly from the engineering team, and gathering information over the phone, to then transcribe into their internal system.

    They will need to have high attention to detail and have the ability to be a strong communicator.

    This is a long-term opportunity, and our client if looking for candidates that are open to go on-site for in person training.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • High School Diploma minimum
    • Ability to speak Japanese
    -1+ years of experience keying data into systems/data entry
    -2+ years of customer service or customer support experience

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel along with other MS products
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical resources
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Ability to speak Mandarin
    • Semiconductor industry experience
    • Associates Degree or higher
