We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Associate.
DenLine Uniforms is a Quincy Based 32-Year-Old Industry Leading Supplier of Disposable and Reusable PPE Lab Coats. Our PPE is used to protect employees working in "Incidental Splash" Non-Surgical Bloodborne Applications like Dental and Medical mandated by OSHA.....

The Customer Support Associate will have the following primary responsibilities:
Ø Answering Incoming Phone Calls
Enter Incoming Orders from Laundries, Medical & Disposable Accounts using QuickBooks Software.
Includes: Correcting Order Information, Prices, Acknowledging Customer Orders.,& Creating Pick Ticket for Each Order
Ø Daily Reporting on Incoming Orders from Major Laundries
Ø Process Incoming Orders from Dental Hygiene and Assisting Schools (Seasonal)
Ø Keep updated Electronic and/or Physical Order Files for Medical, Laundry & Disposable Accounts
Ø Maintain Files of Silk Screen and Embroidery
The person we hire will have the following background of experience:
> Minimum 2 Year Associate Degree and/or Equivalent Experience in Prior Job(s).
> Experienced Using Basic Math (+,- x) in previous work, Accurate with Numbers, as well as Proficient using Word, QuickBooks Order Entry, and Outlook for E-Mails.
Full Time Hourly Position 40 Hours Weekly, 8-5 M-F
Office Location Quincy Business & Technology Building, 301 Oak Street, Quincy, IL 62301
Wages
Ø Generous Hiring Bonus
Ø $18.00 per Hour

Ø Vacation 1 Week after 1 Year of Service/ 2 Weeks after 3 Years of Service/ Consideration given for employees that have vacation in excess of 1 week.

Ø 401K 100% Company Paid, with Company matching employees deferrals to 4% of total annual earnings.
Other Considerations
> Employees hired subject to Company Paid Physical and Drug Screen. Must pass a 12 Panel Drug screen, which includes Cannabis.
> Must provide satisfactory prior employment references.
