    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room Circulator role requiring strong ortho and robotics experience, including MAKO, and an active SD or compact RN license.

    Responsibilities
    Work in an acute care hospital in the Operating Room (OR) as a Circulating RN
    Unit focuses primarily on orthopedic procedures, including total joints (with MAKO), arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, ORIF, and some general, ENT, GYN, and plastics cases
    11 OR suites and 1 GI suite with 30-50 cases per day
    Uses MAKO robot and Epic EMR (Epic experience preferred)
    10-hour day shifts with call
    No weekend or floating requirements
    Scrubs provided in ceil blue
    Main responsibilities include circulating for orthopedic and select other surgical cases using advanced robotic equipment
    No floating to other departments is required
    First-time travelers will be considered
    Holiday coverage is not required
    Local candidates within 80 miles are accepted but will be offered a reduced rate
    All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility

    Requirements
    Active SD or compact state RN license
    Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
    Minimum 3 years of recent circulating experience in the OR
    Strong ortho experience including total joints and arthroscopy
    Robotics experience required, MAKO highly preferred
