PBC is on the lookout for a passionate Account Executive to join our Warwick, RI team.

Key Responsibilities:

Underwriting & Marketing:
Handle the underwriting, marketing, and quoting of renewal business and additional coverages with finesse.

Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Data Management:
Maintain and update internal reports accurately and timely.

Policy Processing:
Handle new business policies, renewals, endorsements, change requests, binders, and other service items efficiently.

Communication:
Manage daily communications from company underwriters and brokers effectively.

Team Support:
Assist in the development and mentoring of Assistant Account Executives, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience with a robust working knowledge of Commercial insurance coverages.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Licensing:
New York State or Rhode Island P&C License is required.

Technical Skills:
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Education:
A four-year college degree is preferred.
