    WinnCompanies is looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our Sierra Vista team located in Stockton, CA.

    In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing resident programs within our affordable housing communities. The Resident Services Coordinator I will be responsible for monitoring all activities in the pool area of the property to ensure the safety and well-being of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.

    The position offers a pay range of $18.00 to $19.00 hourly, depending on experience. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

    Responsibilities
    • Welcome new residents, explain the program, and provide community resources, programs, and services upon move-in. Identify the need for assistance and educate residents on available resources.
    • Provide referrals between residents and local agencies. Develop working relationships with the local service providers in the community and collect resource material.
    • Remain up-to-date with available community resources, federal, state, and local programs.
    • Work with the property management team to identify residents who need assistance. Promote educational and wellness activities for residents while building a sense of community.
    • Encourage residents' self-advocacy and empowerment in meeting their social, psychological, physical, economic, and other needs.
    • Collaborate the facilitation of resident meetings, community organizing, and social/recreational activities. Implement appropriate programming.
    • Prepare outreach materials for upcoming events. Develops and publishes property newsletter. Other duties as assigned.
    • Conducting regular checks to verify that all guests have appropriate access to the pool area, Enforce the property's rules at all times for use of and activity in and around the pool, including wearing the appropriate attire and ensuring that food and beverages are not brought into the pool area. Control the number of people in the pool at any given time to ensure that the pool is not overcrowded.
    • Monitoring the pool area to ensure safety and promptly addressing any concerns. Delivering excellent customer service to enhance the experience of residents and guests.
    • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or hazards in the pool area. Keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained. Assisting in various community tasks to support the overall operations. Responsible for opening and closing the pool area
    • Self-motivated attendant experienced in initiating positive outcomes for all guests.
    • Committed to supporting patrons and enticing visitors to enjoy attractions. Dedicated to safety precautions and promoting a positive environment. Must dress appropriately in the prescribed uniform and be neat and groomed at all times.
    Requirements
    • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in housing community relations services and
    • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other web-based applications.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers with an upbeat and outgoing personality.
    • Provide a high level of customer service to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned responsibilities.
    • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business, Public Policy or related field.
    • A current driver's license in good standing and the ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company's Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
    $18 - $19 an hour
